I am a UX Designer with a primary focus on UI (User Interface). I also do just web design work and build websites on Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, and Wordpress. My emphasis is on making the experience of viewing and operating a website or mobile app pleasant and stress free. How do I do that you may ask? It’s simple, by getting to know the user and their pain points. That way, I can design a more effective website or mobile app.
I have a unique work and educational background which influenced my desire to enter into UX in 2019. When it comes to my work background, I started my early career in customer service before UX. It taught me empathy and showed me how to relate with people, but to also solve the problems they present me with. I also had to deal with the different company websites and interfaces. Dealing with those interfaces made me desire a better user experience for both myself and the user.
Education wise, I studied Apparel and Textile Technology which exposed me to elements of design, creative thinking and used tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop). When I learned about UX UI, I realized my skills and background could translate into this field. Nothing is ever wasted.
These three things are some of my main interests outside of UX UI. They tickle my fancy!

One thing you must know is my love for fashion. I love dressing up whenever I have a chance to. Fashion is a part of who I am. My love of it comes from the fabrics and unique ways that it can be twisted, turned, cut, and sewn into something wearable or art.

Traveling is an experience. I love it because you can experience someone else's culture or way of life. You get to see what makes each of us unique and the same. Sometimes its good to explore, and step outside of your comfort zone.

I like trying different types of food every once in a while. Especially from different cultures. Fruits and vegetables that are different from what I would ordinarily eat, intrigue me. So, at times, I venture outside of what I know to be safe, and try new cuisine.
